Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the project. We offer a 1 year, 2 year, or 3 year agreement on our Christmas lighting installations. The longer the agreement, the less you pay. The price you pay is a PER YEAR price. For example, if the cost of your install in a 3 year agreement is $1000, then you would pay $1000 each year.

Actually, yes they do! Our bulbs are guaranteed for 5 seasons, ensuring that your festive displays shine brightly throughout seasons to come.

If just one of the bulbs that we install is not working, you simply contact us and we will come change it. Even though it's rarely needed with our commercial grade products, part of our all-inclusive, professional service is that we do any maintenance that might be needed on our products.

If we are installing seasonal, temporary Christmas lights, we DO NOT staple, screw, or nail them to your home. However, our permanent architectural lighting system is installed with color matched aluminum track mounted with color matched screws.
